Firstly the initial contact with the customer, be it in person or on the telephone, is contacted in a courteous and professional manner. The initial point of contact and conversation is one of the most vital stages of the whole project. It is at this stage where we get a 'feel' for the type of work the client has in mind. During the process the experience of the contact team is vital. In many cases the materials or method of installation initially expresses are not suited to the location or use intended.
Often the client will require our knowledge and experience to make recommendations as to what material to use in certain areas, what sub floor preparation may be required, method of installation, timing, logistics and one of the most important issues budget.
In many situations we will endeavour to meet our clients on site and discuss in depth all of the above points and provide a comprehensive estimate within the agreed time frame.

The next stage of the project centres on communication and organisation. Having extremely good working relationships with all major UK manufactures ensures that we can be realistic with delivery dates and quickly overcome any situation or problem which may arise during the order or delivery process.
Timing and arrangements for installation can be problematical should the client be running a busy office or retail business. Because our fitting team are not Sub Contractors we have the flexibility to make the installation painless.
Arrangements can be made for work to be carried out at weekends or for businesses such as restaurants and clubs, night work can be carried out.

After sales service back up is always available during and after the project has been completed. Should there be a fault or problem with any material supplied, our customers can be assured that Marc Edward Carpets has the full backing of all our suppliers to resolve / replace any type of floor covering should they be deemed unfit for the use for which they were intended.
Because our fitting teams are not sub contractors we have the ability to react quickly to resolve any form of problem during and after the installation.
